Google Enterprise Products Customer Satisfaction Survey

At Google, our goal is to provide business users with the most useful and innovative tools for the enterprise. To better serve you, we're asking for your feedback through this Customer Satisfaction survey. Your experience is a critical component in shaping and improving our products and services.

Listen to the Voice of Your Content



In order to come up with a valuable offer in regards to already existing content improvement (infographics creation) we have analyzed US traffic of the website and recent organic traffic (traffic from search engines) from all over the world.

What we did:
  1. Analyzed the most popular content (mostly blog articles) in the US during the previous 6 months (Analytics *****t Organic Search Traffic 20131001-20140122.pdf).
  2. Analyzed the most popular blog content visited from search engines from all over the world (Analytics ******* Organic Search Traffic 20131001-20140122.pdf) and compared it to US only visits. We took a more recent range of dates in order be able to see recently published articles and get clearer picture of content popularity. Naturally older articles have more visits since they are online for a longer period of time.
  3. Created a report (Top Content Golime.xlsx) with two lists for you to be able easily compare the most visited content of your website.

What we found out
  1. Having analyzed the data in Google Analytics report we were able to suggest 5-10 blog articles that can be improved with help of infographics for building brand strength and authority among the prospects and/or already existing clients.

Of course, we are not IT experts and cannot guarantee or tend to state that our suggestions are currently important. The research and analysis is intended to directions for content improvement as part of your inbound marketing strategies.

  1. The recent focus of articles was aimed at Virtualization. This is why we want to note that one of the Virtualization articles is in the list of 10 most visited (from search engines) blog articles globally. Article: How Is Enterprise Virtualization Impacting the Server Market? (http://www.**********g/bid/189892/How-Is-Enterprise-Virtualization-Impacting-the-Server-Market).  Consider creating an infographic on this topic.

  1. More than 15% of the whole visits from search engines are brought by the homepage (1,891 from 10,206). Homepage layout and organization can be improved (e.g.:  there is too much of a whitespace in the lower right corner which can be filled out with recent (or the most popular) blog articles, testimonials section, etc.)

Writing for Brand Management

1. press release distribution is easy to start with. There are websites that accept both free and paid submissions. We recommend to start with a press release writing and distribution.

2. Social media profiles. We skip this for now, as, as far as I understand, you are not interested in this service for now.
3. Free brand blogs is a very good option, especially if you are planning to deliver excellent quality content because of two major reasons:
  • You take full control of the content your deliver under your brand
  • You get all the SEO benefits from the blog you build (that links to your main website) and from the knowledge you give out to your prospects for free
4. There are some website that accept content and allow to build pages with rich media, but these should be really good website (we can research them if needed).

5. We can create a page for your organization on website like jabber.com and build a positive reputation there

6. Now let me comment on the list that you provided. Most of these sites are news and articles portals that have writers who write for them on the regular basis.


This is the reason why submitting content to them content is hardly possible, instead we can find there contacts ans ask to write something that would include your brand name,
but there are several obvious cons of such activity.


1. The writers would probably ask for really much money for such type of job, this for sure will cost not 10s of dollars, sometimes not even 100s
2. The process of media outreach is really time consuming and sometimes not effective

3. If there is no your brand name is the article's title then it will most likely fail to rank high for your brand search term on Google or any other search engine.
Ordering a company review from such sources might be really expensive too, but if this is something that you are interested in, we can work on this task.

Great Instructions Example on Writing a PBX Article

I have attached a PDF document with a lot of information to discuss.  Here are some key points:
1.       Hosted PBX is different from traditional PBX because it is a physical product you keep at your location.  It has all the same features as traditional PBX, with some added features.
2.       Examples
a.       Traditional PPX
 
                                                               i.      Hosted on platform; you get 5 phones that plug into Internet bandwidth (SIP Trucks or phone lines).
                                                             ii.      Has a timestamp against it, requiring upgrades, etc.
b.      Hosted PBX
                                                               i.      you get 5 phones plus a circuit that plugs into the carrier networks.
3.       Page 23 – Hosted PBX offers a solution for companies that are expanding into multiples locations, improving mobility.  More businesses these days have multiple offices rather that one large office. More businesses are operating remotely.  This product is perfect for these types of businesses, especially ones that have up to 100 phones.  For businesses with more than 100 phones, traditional PBX is more cost effective.
